Why No Refunds?

Exchanges
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item. To initiate an exchange:
1. Notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the damaged product.
